1. If you are an Akidstar member, you may view the status of your order by logging into your Akidstar account and clicking on Orders.
2. Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Please make sure to have your order number and email address.
3. Email will be sent within 30 minutes since your order is placed or your order is shipped. You can simply check your order status by clicking on your tracking links on the emails to view the up-to-date order status. If you cannot receive an email from us, please check your spam filter.
4. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.
